Established in 1981 as a kitchen and bathroom design specialty firm, Cynthia Bennett & Associates, Inc. has brought industry-leading residential design to hundreds of families in the San Gabriel Valley.

Since inception, Cynthia Bennett & Associates, Inc. has evolved into all areas of residential design, construction and architecture, including custom homes, green/energy efficient remodeling projects, interior design (window treatments, flooring, and furniture), and more.

Our staff is a combination of talented interior designers with both architectural and interior design licensing, project managers with extensive general contractor license and construction experience, and a loyal administrative staff to help clients through all aspects of the design, construction, build, and interior design process, including complete plans, permits, selection of all materials and specifications of every detail.

More than 40 years after being established, led by president and owner, Cynthia Bennett, our company continues to live up to its reputation as a leading design firm in the San Gabriel Valley that is recognized nationally. To date our design firm has remodeled and rebuilt more than 900 homes and additions throughout the San Gabriel Valley.

Our design and construction firm has received many accolades, including being listed as a Qualified Remodeler Magazine’s list of “Top 500 contractors in the U.S.” for multiple years. It has also been included in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Top 100 Woman Owned Businesses in Los Angeles” for the past ten years.
