Established in 1981 as a kitchen design specialty firm, Cynthia Bennett & Associates. Inc. has evolved into all areas of residential design, from minor remodels and repairs to major additions, including the building of complete houses from the ground up. Many of our projects involve historical restoration, as the homes remodeled are often from the first half of the twentieth century, as well as mid-century modern.

CBA is known for the “seamless design” that makes a remodel stay true to the integrity of the style of the house. The firm can also look for ways to implement “Green” design in their projects by using recycled and eco-friendly materials that are not only good for the environment, but create a healthy indoor air quality. Upon completion, they donate most of their demolition material to “Habitat for Humanity”, giving their clients a tax credit.
